Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.ResponsibilitiesReviewing work schedules and delegating work tasksDeveloping design project budget estimatesProviding technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficultiesConducting quality assurance and providing feedbackMotivating and encouraging internal design teamsEnsuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipherOverseeing the design process using technical expertiseWorking with clients to ensure that their expectations are metReviewing designs with design team and providing them guidanceEnsuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate timeMaintaining thorough documentation of the design processKeeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to designCreating BOQTaking up client escalation calls and resolving issuesStrategizing SOP creation and implementation of it in the teamWorking from home, with occasional site & office visitsInnovating and exploring new trends and designsMaintain design catalog and collection for future referenceSkillsLeadership and motivational skillsShould have an expert command on softwares such as AutoCad, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, V Ray, Lumion, Photoshop. (2d,3d & rendering)Knowledge regarding modular kitchen and fittingsAble to come up with new ways of doing things.Education QulaificationB Arch/ B.ID/Diploma in Interior Design/ M. ArchExperienceShould have atleast 7-8 years of experinece as an Interior Designer
