Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented  Odoo Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo modules, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new requirements. Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (backend & frontend). Design and implement new features and functionalities as per project requirements. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in Odoo ERP. Support implementation, testing, and deployment of Odoo applications. Provide documentation and technical support for delivered solutions. 1–3 years of  Odoo development experience . ~ Strong programming skills in  Python and understanding of  Odoo framework . ~ Good knowledge of  PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb . ~ Experience with  Odoo customization (modules, reports, workflows, access control). ~ Familiarity with  Odoo Community & Enterprise editions . ~ Knowledge of  Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools . ~ Experience in  Odoo.sh or Odoo SaaS deployments .
