Job Title: Head – Talent AcquisitionOverview:Our client is looking for a candidate to lead the organization’s recruitment strategy to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business goals. Build a strong employer brand, streamline recruitment processes, and develop long-term talent pipelines. Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning and scalable hiring solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Talent Planning: Design and implement talent acquisition strategies; collaborate on workforce planning; lead recruitment team.- Recruitment Operations: Manage full recruitment lifecycle; optimize tools and processes; ensure timely, quality hiring.- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Drive branding campaigns; enhance candidate experience; represent at events and campus drives.- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labour laws; maintain hiring metrics; manage documentation and audits.- Talent Pipeline Development: Build proactive sourcing strategies; partner with institutions and agencies; support internal mobility and succession planning.Qualifications & Experience:- Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- 7+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in real estate or related sectors.- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and market trends.- Proven ability to scale hiring and lead teams.Key Competencies:Strategic planning, employer branding, recruitment analytics, leadership, compliance.
