This includes managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.Required Qualifications:- Proven experience managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project.- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Preferred Experience:- 7–10 years of IT project management experience.- Experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365).- Background in computer science, business, or related field.- Experience working with clients across regions.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Execution- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.- Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.- Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget.- Team & Stakeholder Management- Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and regular project updates.- Oversee CRM system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.- Coordinate environment and release management.- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.- Prepare project status reports and post-project evaluations.- Manage contracts and vendor deliverables.
