This role combines deep expertise in AI/ML technologies with hands-on experience in quality assurance, test strategy, and engineering best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect AI Solutions for quality engineering use cases such as intelligent test automation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.Design and implement agentic AI workflows that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven quality metrics and guardrails.Lead the development of ML models for anomaly detection, performance monitoring, and predictive analytics.Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI systems across the SDLC.Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms.Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and quality engineering principles.Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and continuous improvement.Key Skills10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.Proven experience in quality engineering, test automation, and DevOps.Strong knowledge of AI design patterns, especially agentic and tool-use patterns.Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar frameworks.Familiarity with model governance, and secure AI development.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.We encourage applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
