SAP Certification in FICO shall be preferredDesired Candidate ProfileSAP FI Configuration /process knowledge.Min 1 end to end implementation of SAP FIKnowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAPMin 8 years of SAP FI implementation + support experiencePreferably min 5 yrs of domain experience in retail /CPG/ FMCG industrySound knowledge of business process & best practices around bookkeeping, accounts, financial statements, closure of books, depreciation, asset, IND_AS (Indian Accounting Standard) , management, treasury, GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Indian direct / indirect duties /taxes etcKnowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantagePeople management, lead & mentored team of min 5-10 membersCandidate should be open to work in new dimension areas like integration through CPI, BTP, etc. with digital stack of business processes, explore /evaluate new dimension modules of SAP like S/4 HANA, BPC, etc.Knowledge & Skills RequiredHands on SAP configuration & processes of FI, REFX for 8 years, min. Leads maintenance & support, enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes. May have to look into related modules like PM, PS, xECM, SD, tooDesign, customize, configure and testing of FI. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes and problem managementWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDrive & manages maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule.
