Key Responsibilities Concept & Ideation Lead the ideation process for brand campaigns across social, digital, and influencer channels. Translate briefs into strong creative concepts, narratives, and frameworks. Develop innovative ideas that align with brand objectives while staying culturally sharp and platform-native. Creative Pitches & Presentations Build high-impact creative pitches for existing and potential clients. Present concepts confidently, weaving strategy, storytelling, and execution pathways. Collaborate with strategy and business teams to refine and strengthen pitch direction. Brand & Influencer Collaboration Work closely with brands to understand their goals, tone, and creative boundaries. Conceptualize influencer-led campaigns and guide creators to bring ideas alive authentically. Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across influencer content, digital assets, and campaign touchpoints. Campaign Execution & Oversight Provide creative direction during shoots, content creation, and post-production. Review and refine storyboards, scripts, influencer content plans, and final outputs. Maintain high creative quality across all deliverables while ensuring timely execution. Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor designers, writers, editors, and junior creatives; cultivate a strong creative culture. Work cross-functionally with strategy,
