Role: Lead Automation Strategist
Skills: Gen AI / ML, NLP, CoPIlot, Gemini, RPA and other tools.
Experience: 15+ years
Location: Greater Noida or Bengaluru
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 would be preferred
- Automation manager, is responsible for identifying the opportunities, and implementing different Gen AI based solutions, other productivity improvement ideas:
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Automation Implementation: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Gen AI initiatives, and other automation projects. Ability to quantify the benefits of such implementations.
- Project Management: Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by applying appropriate change management tools and techniques.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align transformation initiatives with business goals.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are proficient with new systems and processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance after implementing the improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze current processes, data and identify gaps/areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to convince stakeholders about the benefits of improvement initiatives.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in implementing automation initiatives based on Gen AI / ML, NLP, CoPIlot, Gemini, RPA and other tools.
