Creative Conceptualization & Campaign Execution Develop original visual concepts and direct the creative output across branding, marketing, event, and digital campaigns ensuring consistency and quality across media. • Design Strategy Alignment Translate brand stories into visually engaging design languages that align with both client objectives and target audience sensibilities—spanning ATL, BTL, digital, MICE, and experiential formats. • Lead, guide, and review the work of design team members; brand, on-brief, and timely delivery of design assets. • Event & Experience Design Design creative visual assets for conferences, activations, exhibitions, and internal branding that resonate emotionally and elevate the physical experience of spaces and events. • Brand Custodianship & Internal Communication Ensure brand identity is consistently maintained through all deliverables and internal touchpoints, including NeoNiche’s own communications and creative culture. • Stay ahead of design and cultural trends to proactively evolve NeoNiche’s creative output; Required Qualifications & Experience - • Degree in Applied Arts, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent from a reputed design school. • 8–10 years of experience in graphic design within the event, media, advertising, or creative Proven expertise in event design, brand activation, and integrated campaign design (both print & digital). • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, typography, and layout design.
