About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Sports Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and proven clinical expertise in treating sports-related injuries, working with athletes across different levels, and integrating advanced physiotherapy practices with strength & conditioning principles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education : Master’s Degree (MPT or MS) in Sports Physiotherapy from a Grade 1 educational institute (mandatory).
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Preferred : Prior experience in treating elite/professional athletes and complex sports injuries.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation and/or certifications in Strength & Conditioning.
• Proficiency in advanced clinical skills such as:
• Manual Therapy
• Dry Needling
• Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation Techniques
• Excellent clinical reasoning, patient communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with athletes and helping them optimize performance and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and design evidence-based rehabilitation programs for athletes and sports injury patients.
• Work closely with coaches, trainers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize athlete performance and reduce injury risks.
• Apply strength & conditioning principles to complement physiotherapy care.
• Keep updated with the latest research, rehab protocols, and sports medicine practices.
