Job Title - Service Now Financial Services Operations (FSO) SpecialistJob Type - Onsite (Riyadh) KSA (Long-term project)Experience - 5+ years of Service Now Technical ExperienceJob Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now FSO Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Financial Services Operations solutions on the Service Now platform. This role is ideal for professionals with deep domain expertise in financial services and hands-on experience with Service Now’s FSO suite, including Case Management, Customer Service Operations, and Financial Product Servicing.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of Service Now FSO modules, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, and deployment.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial services processes into scalable Service Now workflows.Design and implement solutions for:Financial product servicing (e.g., loans, deposits, investments)Customer onboarding and KYCDisputes and claims managementRegulatory compliance and audit workflowsIntegrate FSO with other Service Now modules like CSM, ITSM, and Risk & Compliance.Customize UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, and flow designer workflows.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.Conduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions.Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and governance standards.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Service Now platform, including 2+ years in Financial Services Operations (FSO) or Customer Service Management (CSM).Strong understanding of financial services domain: banking, insurance, wealth management, or fintech.Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Java Script), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.Experience with Service Now FSO data models, case types, and financial product configurations.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM or FSO (preferred).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Certifications:Experience with Service Now App Engine Studio and custom app development.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS) in financial services.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
