Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review complex US federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1041).- Manage and supervise tax staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Lead tax planning strategies for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates.- Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients.- Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.- Communicate directly with clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.- Collaborate with senior leadership on client service strategies and business growth initiatives.Requirements:- CPA or EA (mandatory).- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 10+ years of US taxation experience , with strong technical expertise in 1040, 1065, 1120, and estate/trust returns.- Prior experience managing and mentoring teams.- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax law.- Proficiency with US tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or equivalent).- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
