We are hiring a Lead Node.js Developer to join our core engineering team in Lucknow (U.This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and optimize backend services, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers. You will work with modern tools and AWS cloud technologies to build reliable, high-performance systems that support mission-critical applications. ⸻ Develop and maintain scalable Node.js/TypeScript microservices and APIs. •Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.). •Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end. •Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and security. •5–8+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js & TypeScript. •Proven experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. •Strong understanding of databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis). •Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation). •Experience in fintech, trading, or other high-scale systems. •Knowledge of monitoring & observability (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus). ⸻ Be part of a new and fast-growing tech company from the ground up. •Opportunity to work on challenging cloud-native projects. •Competitive salary and growth opportunities. •
