Job Description :
Hack2skill is seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This onsite internship offers the opportunity to make a real impact by analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven strategies that enhance our innovative projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape Hack2skill’s approach to innovation management and technology advocacy. Exceptional contributions will be recognized with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Collection and Processing :
Gather, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy for subsequent analysis.
Data Analysis for Business Insights :
Perform in-depth data analysis to support B2B strategy development and optimize marketing efforts.
Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve marketing performance in line with Hack2Skill’s vision.
Reporting and Visualization :
Create reports and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets and Google Slides to clearly present findings.
Translate complex data sets into understandable insights for various teams, aiding in their strategic planning.
Trend Analysis and Opportunity Identification :
Analyze trends within the data to identify new business opportunities and emerging areas for Hack2Skill’s growth.
Support the marketing and business development teams by highlighting relevant patterns and market dynamics.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration :
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, research, and business development, to deliver comprehensive data insights that align with Hack2skill’s goals.
Requirements :
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, extract insights, and generate meaningful reports.
Proficiency in Data Tools :
Comfortable working with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and data visualization software.
Ability to work with large data sets efficiently.
Data Interpretation and Communication :
Excellent skills in interpreting data and effectively communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail :
High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data quality and validity.
Availability :
Must be available to work onsite for a minimum of 2 months, actively contributing within Hack2Skill’s dynamic, collaborative environment.
