We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and shape how our brand connects with audiences across platforms. You’ll be responsible for strategy, content, engagement, and analytics—owning the full lifecycle of social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage day-to-day content creation, posting, and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Create visually engaging and brand-consistent content in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations to keep the brand relevant.
Engage actively with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) with actionable insights.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, PR, HR) to amplify campaigns and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
~3–6 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands/companies.
~ Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
