Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Data Science Trainer to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at various levels. This role requires a proactive educator who can provide hands-on guidance, foster learner growth, and create a collaborative, inclusive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

  • Conduct comprehensive, up-to-date training on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Simplify complex topics through interactive sessions, real-world applications, hands-on coding exercises, and case studies.
  • Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, emphasizing practical and industry-relevant skills.

Course Development & Improvement

  • Collaborate with the Academics team and other faculty members to refine course materials and assessments based on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Assist in designing and updating Data Science and Generative AI curricula, integrating the latest tools and methodologies.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend updates or enhancements to improve student outcomes.

Student Guidance & Mentorship

  • Offer personalized guidance to students, answering questions and assisting with project work.
  • Mentor students in analytical skills, encourage critical thinking, and support them in applying concepts to real-world scenarios.
  • Track student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional resources to enhance learning.

Continuous Learning & Industry Alignment

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in Data Science and AI to ensure instructional content remains relevant.
  • Engage in professional development to maintain high subject matter expertise and teaching skills.
  • Act as a liaison with industry experts to keep course content aligned with current industry standards and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Immediate Availability:  Ready to join and contribute immediately.
  • Skills:  Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a genuine passion for teaching.
  • Learning Environment:  Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Technical Proficiency:  Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, including proficiency in tools like Python, R, and TensorFlow.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:  Familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
  • Adaptability & Tech Savvy:  Proactive, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn and integrate new tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven industry experience or practical knowledge in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
