Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounts department.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Manage banking relationships and investment portfolios.

Accounting & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and RBI guidelines.
Prepare MIS reports for senior management and decks for committee meetings.
Implement and monitor strong internal controls and accounting processes.

Regulatory Compliance
Coordinate and lead audits (Statutory, Internal, RBI, Tax, etc.)
CA with 3-5 years experience either with a NBFC or Small Finance
