Android Developer (Java/Kotlin)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Android Developer with expertise in Java or Kotlin to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in building high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications and are enthusiastic about working on cutting-edge projects, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java or Kotlin.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Identify and fix bugs to improve application reliability.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing Android applications using Java or Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide, Firebase).
Understanding of Android architecture components (e.g., ViewModel, LiveData, Room).
Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Material Design principles and guidelines.
Experience with modern Android development tools like Jetpack Compose.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android apps.
Hands-on experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
