We offer an AI-enabled end-to-end operating system that manages everything from company incorporation, bookkeeping, taxation, and trademark filings to regulatory compliances, streamlining these processes for entrepreneurs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in North West Delhi Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura. The Semi-qualified CS will be responsible for handling various compliance tasks, including company incorporation, IP Laws, Fema Compliances , Agreements drafting, taxation, and regulatory filings. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing legal documents, maintaining statutory records, handling company secretarial functions, and assisting with compliance audits. The role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure all compliance requirements are met.QualificationsKnowledge of company incorporation and compliance managementExperience in statutory record maintenance and handling company secretarial functionsProficiency in legal document preparation and reviewExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExperience with AI-enabled compliance management platforms is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field or semi-qualified CS (Company Secretary)
