Job Title: ADP Globalview/E-time SpecialistLocation: IndiaType: contract (11 months)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced e Time Implementation Specialist to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ADP Enterprise e TIME module. The role involves close collaboration with payroll and HCM teams, ensuring seamless integration, accurate data validation, and successful user adoption. This is a client-facing position requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Configure and implement ADP Enterprise e TIME module.- Document business requirements, configuration decisions, and workflows.- Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules.- Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities.- Participate in client meetings and capture/document requirements.- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues.- Prepare training materials and support user onboarding.- Track project milestones and deliverables; escalate risks to the Project Manager.- Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates.- Deliver training sessions and provide post-go-live support.- Maintain documentation of configuration settings, workflows, and user guides.Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Global View and e Time implementation.- In-depth knowledge of ADP Global View and e Time timekeeping concepts.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Why Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to work on a global implementation project, gain exposure to enterprise-level HR and payroll systems, and contribute to successful digital transformation initiatives.
