1.Job Title - Piping Designer

Experience - 5 - 15 years

Role & responsibilities

• Well understanding for Specifications and other department`s dwgs
• Experience for set-up of Plot plan, Piping and Equipment Layout
• Experience for preparing various information such as loading inform, nozzle orientation etc.
• Vendor Dwg check & comment.
• Proficient to S3D, E3D Modeling for piping, support, and equipment (2D CAD also)
• Proficient to Navisworks and Smart Plant Review
• Extraction the Dwgs such as GAD, ISO dwg (all deliverables which can be extracted by 3D)
• Clash Check

2.Job Title - Electrical Designer

Experience - 8 - 15 years

Roles & Responsibilities

Key roles & responsibilities of Electrical Designer encompass:

a. Prepare the project deliverables, including but not limited to the below

• Single Line Diagrams

• Interconnection Wiring Diagrams
• Hazardous Area Classification Layout

• Experience in the electrical designer in EPC environment.

4.Job Title – Civil/ Structural & UG Designer

Experience - 5 – 12 years

2D Drawing Responsibilities:

Steel:

• Knowledge in Piperack & Equipment Structure.
• Preparation of Structural GA Drawings and connection details (Piperack & Equipment Structure)
• Preparation of Structural steel Staircase Drawings.
• Preparation of Structural steel MTO.

Concrete:

• Preparation of Foundation Drawings (Piperack / Equipment STR).
• Preparation of Foundation Drawings (Heat Exchanger / Vertical Vessel / Horizontal Vessel).
• Preparation of Foundation Drawings (Pump / Compressor).
• Preparation of Foundation Drawings (Pits / Sleeper / Dike wall).
• Preparation of Pile location Plan drawing.
• Preparation of Foundation location Plan Drawing.
• Preparation of Precast structure drawing.
• Preparation of BBS.

Underground:

• Preparation of UG Composite drawing.
• Preparation of UG Drainage Plan drawing.
• Preparation of Road & Paving Drawing.
• Preparation of schedule drawing for UG item.

3D modelling Responsibilities:

• Steel & Structural Modelling using S3D software as per Input.
• Foundation Modelling using S3D as per Input.
• Underground items Modelling using S3D (CATCH BASIN / MAN HOLE / CLEAN OUT PIT)
• Road & Paving modelling using MicroStation as per Input.
• Underground Piping (OWS, Process sewer system) Modelling using S3D.
• ISO Extraction from 3D software like S3D.
• Steel/ Concrete/UG GA drawing extraction from S3D software.

Key Requirement:

• Knowledge in 3D modelling and clash report preparation.
• Knowledge in Vendor drawings for Civil drawing Preparation.
• Knowledge in other discipline drawings for Civil drawing Preparation.
• Coordination with Team Members & Other Discipline Members.
• Familiarity with application of international standards, codes and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.

5.Job Title - Designer - Building & Structural Engineering

Experience - 3 - 15 years

Role & responsibilities

For plant buildings and shelters, contribute to the creation of detailed technical drawings and 3D models. This role involves working closely with manager and design engineers to transform conceptual designs into accurate and precise technical drawings and 3D models. The designer will utilize computer-aided design(CAD) software and other tools to produce drawings and 3D models that adhere to industry standards and project specifications.

Relevant experience related to buildings and shelters of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant

6.Job Title - 3D CAD Admin

Experience - 5 - 15 years

Role & responsibilities

Planning for 3D model system execution (including mobilization of input manpower & 3D CAD License)

• Manage the 3D model environment, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the software and associated modules.
• 3D Model system set-up: Customize 3D model configurations and workflows to meet project requirements, including creating templates, symbol libraries, and reports as follows:

a. Piping System Hierarchy Configuration

b. Piping Specs, Catalog (Bulk, Specialty items)

c. Support library management

d. Setup of Piping Drawings (ISO, GAD)

e. Extraction and customization of various reports from 3D Model

f. Create custom labels to meet project requirements

g. SPF Publish (for SP3D)

• Provide technical support to users of 3D model, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and assisting with training needs
• Collaborate with other software systems and tools used in the organization's engineering and design processes, ensuring seamless integration with 3D model
• Oversee the organization and management of 3D model project data, including data migration, backup, and recovery processes.
• Implement and enforce standards and best practices for 3D model usage to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across projects.
• Maintain documentation related to 3D model configurations, processes, and procedures, including user guides, technical specifications, and change logs.
