Role & ResponsibilitiesHands on design, engineer, and detail engineering for Process Package/ Skid/ Engineered Solutions/ Modular Plants.Coordinate & get work done from multidiscipline team to deliver on the project engineering documents.Involved in Review of P&ID, Isometric drawings, GAD & Alignment DrawingsPrepare & review Mechanical design basis, MDS, MRs, Design Reports, GAs, Fab drawings, interfacing design, loading data, Lifting arrangement, Transportation Arrangement etcCollaborate closely with design & project team to get required inputs, resolve issues & execute the projectDevelop engineering practices & standards to ensure standardization, Additional & / or other work as & when needed.Following the drawing/model review process established in teamTaking full accountability of own design drawings/modelsGenerating equipment fabrication drawings & bill of materialsPlanning own work in line with overall project schedule with managerSupport Bid Management with 3D layouts, general arrangement drawings, weight estimations,Work & coordinate package design configurations within engineering. Provide unified engineering solution for a project, considering internal design guidelines & project requirements.Create & maintain technical specifications, engineering work instructions, as well as "Best Practices" documents for modeling, drafting, & design.Prevent non-conformances by innovation, creatively applying lessons learned & implementing cost-effective solutions to proposals.ExperienceFamiliar with in NFPA 14,20,16,15Experience in fire fighting piping & Skid system (Foam skid, Deluge skids, Bladder tank systems, Chemical injection packages...) design field will be an added advantage.Familiar with International Design codes & Dimensional standards. ANSI/ASME, API, BS, ASTMHands on experience on ASME vessel, stress analysis.Experience of working in the projects for clients like ARAMCO, SABIC, ADNOC, IOCL, HPCL etc.Well knowledge Designing of pipe layouts for projects in the oil & gas industry by using International Codes & Standards.Knowledge in the product-structure, design, calculations & specifications ; accessing its impact on costs related to Engineering, Manufacturing.Location : Chennai, IndiaEducation : BE/Btech in mechanical
