The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive product delivery, infrastructure optimization, and next-gen technology adoption.Key Responsibilities???? Lead and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations in India.???? Deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise applications aligned with product roadmaps.???? Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives.???? Drive a culture of continuous improvement, Dev Sec Ops, and innovation.???? Collaborate with stakeholders across product, data, and technology teams.???? Leverage AI tools and platforms to boost productivity, code quality, and automation.Required Skills & Experience✅ 15+ years of full-stack development (enterprise web apps).✅ 10+ years leading engineering teams.✅ Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Glue, API Gateway, etc.).✅ Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform).✅ Strong SQL & relational DB (My SQL, Aurora) knowledge.✅ Experience in Agile methodologies & Dev Sec Ops practices.✅ Exposure to AI-powered tools, automation, and ML-driven solutions.Desired Skills✨ Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures.✨ Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (AWS Sage Maker, Bedrock, etc.).✨ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.????
