Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Design Engineer at M31 Technologies India Private Limited located in Bengaluru. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading and designing Sram/Rom memory Compilers in cutting edge FinFet nodes like 12nm, 6nm, 5nm, 3nm, 2nm. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the development of architecture and circuits on key embedded Sram and Rom memories
Qualifications
Extensive experience in designing key circuits like write assist, read assist, sense amplifier, wordline drivers, advanced power saving modes like retention, light sleep etc, on FINFET technology. Strong proficiency in memory margining techniques and familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools like Virtuso, Hspice, Solido, ESPCV, StarRC, PrimeSim etc. Expertise in memory architecture definition, PPA optimization for best-in-class memory compilers. Deep understanding of various design and verification methodologies and flows. Proven track record of successful IP development and delivery confirming to high end QA checks Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills bachelor's degree/master's degree preferred in Electrical/Computer Engineering with exposure to VLSI Design. Minimum 5+ years of Memory Design experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading FinFet technology memory compiler development. Familiarity with Arm CPU L1 & L2 memory instances Experience in low-power design techniques Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL Advanced degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
