Location: Bangalore, India

 About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and the overall look and feel of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch design solutions that meet business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
Ensure designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with design systems and brand guidelines.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help grow the design team.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and techniques.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and timely implementation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
