Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and creative teams, to understand project requirements and design objectives.
Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various mediums, including print, digital, social media, and packaging.
Develop brand identities, logos, marketing materials, and promotional assets that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that enhance user engagement and drive results.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to integrate visual and written content seamlessly.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into design work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, digital/web design, print collateral, and illustration.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs that communicate key messages effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and articulate design decisions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in design execution.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
