We are currently seeking experienced Technical Recruiting Professionals with experience in IT Staffing for the ITCO's Workforce Services Team. You will recruit for accounts globally.
Ideal recruiters must be able to work 8-5 PST and have access to fast internet and a computer with a camera/mic. You must be professional, highly organized, confident and very customer service focused. This position requires excellent communication and solid teamwork at all times.

Must Haves
5 Plus years of IT recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills and pipeline building discipline
Excellent recruiting and tech savvy techniques to source and engage candidates on Linkedin
Experience hosting live coding sessions.
Experience checking code through an IDE.
Thorough understanding of Cloud Infrastructure.
Thorough understanding of newer technologies such as AI and ML.
Thorough understanding of OOP concepts when it relates to Front-End, Back-End technologies.
Current US phone service and reliable internet.
