Our current portfolio of brands includes Eat Fit, Cake Zone, Sharief Bhai, Nomad Pizza, Frozen Bottle, Olio, Rolls on Wheels, Great Indian Khichdi, Home Plate, Juno's Pizza, Chaatstreet and Ovenfresh. Role Description: As a Business Finance Associate, the role involves strategizing with the business team to guide financial allocations and spending decisions. This position includes managing business development activities in alignment with the financial plan and adjusting financial plans and budgets to reflect shifts in business objectives. Additionally, the ideal candidate should provide financial advice to management for closing business deals and contributes to short, medium and long-term strategic planning. Job Description Work closely with business units and participate in their business strategy, marketing roadmap and operational execution Provide various business units insights from the finance side Jointly own the OKRs of the respective business units and build an AOP to achieve them Identify key risks and opportunities for the business to achieve goals Develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with a 'bottom-up' approach Review plans vs actuals on a regular basis Do an in-depth analysis of variance and communicate the same to create visibility and enable the planning of actionables Track and measure key financial and business metrics for respective businesses Complete account-level month-end closing reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed Direct and oversee the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimise operations Do a scenario analysis and develop business plans for product enhancement or business initiatives Handle ad hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time Supplement ad hoc requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making Participate and drive standardisation automation projects for process efficiency Conduct periodic meetings with direct reports Requisites Certification as a Chartered Accountant. 5 to 7 years of overall experience in Finance - minimum 3 years of experience in business finance Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
