Responsibilities: Develop designs for enclosures of industrial and consumer electronic devices made from metal and plastic.
Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Prepare engineering documentation in compliance with ISO, GOST, and ESKD standards.
Participate in the design process to ensure scalability for mass production.
Plan tasks and manage project workflows using Jira and Confluence.
Collaborate with electronics and software development teams for component integration.
Propose ideas to improve products, optimize designs, and enhance manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Knowledge of design standards (ISO, GOST, ESKD).
Experience with project planning and task management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Understanding of the full product development cycle from concept to mass production.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as CNC milling, laser cutting, turning, polishing, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal (cutting, bending, welding), galvanic coatings and painting.
Willingness to quickly learn new manufacturing technologies.
Knowledge in electronics and optics is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
Technical English is required. Fluent English is an advantage.
