Software Testing & Bug Triaging
Quality Checks & Audits
Technical Issue Resolution
Subject Matter Expertise in assigned domain
Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
Experience using JIRA or other ticketing tools
Data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Basic SQL knowledge
Strong command over English reading, writing & comprehension
Root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams
