Job Title : Proposal & Process Expert Division : Water & Wastewater Solutions Department: Proposal Qualification : B.E/B. Tech Chemical Engineering (only) Experience : 6 - 8 Years Location : Ahmedabad, Gujrat Roles and Responsibilities: •I ndependently prepare the technical offer for retrofit and revamp of DM, UF, RO, ETP Recycle/ Desalination plant •To independently prepare cost estimation for retrofit and revamp plants (DM/UF/RO/ETP Recycle )•To independently collect required data for retrofit and revamp from client / Site •To prepare the Basic engineering package (P & ID, Plant data, hydraulic diagram, basic layout of the proposed plant)•Planning for offer submission and basic engineering to meet ABP targets Comfortable to Travel. •Process sizing, offer preparation for all WTP/RO/DM/ETP/Recycle. Preparing & maintaining cost data bank from approved vendors from Middle East, Europe, India etc. •To communicate the scope of work to various internal departments for the work related to their scope & take the cost estimation from them. •Work out the detailed Bill of material & do the estimation . Critical Competencies for the Job: •Knowledge on processes / technologies for WTP / ETP / Recycle/Desal •Knowledge of unit sizing for WTP / ETP/Recycle /Desal •Knowledge of Basic engineering package preparation (P & ID, Hydraulic, unit sizing calculation •Knowledge in estimation for WTP / ETP/Recycle /Desal •Awareness of good engineering practices. •Experience in offer preparation for WTP / ETP/Recycle /Desal and estimation •Experience in working on computers /Knowledge of Word / Excel. •Should be ready to independently travel within and outside pune to collect site data / customer meetings at site / Audit of existing plants and submission of offer for R & R •Willing to visit sites on frequent basis.
