We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) migration team in a truly global environment. You will manage and support D365 applications and support business teams in D365 adoption, configuration and workflows, as well as product testing and validation. You will report to the Project Delivery Manager. This role offers long-term growth for someone eager to apply their skills and experience in the fast-paced soft commodities sector. Provide post-implementation support to end users, both onsite and offshore Participate in and manage customer support-focused projects Develop knowledge of commodity trading business processes, specifically coffee Participate in functional testing and validation during D365 migration projects Contribute to special projects and testing systems as required Skills and Experience Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) into Trade, Logistics and Production functions , with relevant certifications Understanding of D365 technical components (SQL, AOS, SharePoint) Experience in multiple D365 ERP implementation and support projects Knowledge of best practices, master data management, and security in D365 Graduate in a relevant discipline Familiarity with web, thin client, thick client, and cloud architecture Experience in physical commodities is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and provide clear guidance remotely Previous software or application support experience is preferred We recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value potential just as much as experience.
