The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling reservations. Other daily tasks include managing check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications- Receptionist Duties, Front Office management, and Phone Etiquette skills- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus- Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and Hindi, is beneficial- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hospitality Management or related fields are a plus
