Role - HR Analytics
Location - Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to transform HR Data into actionable insights that drive strategic HR decisions & improve organizational success. Designing and implementing comprehensive people analytics strategies to support various sub functions within HR.
This role involves developing HR metrics, producing statistical and predictive models, and identifying trends to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Led the development and maintenance of People Analytics Dashboards, providing comprehensive insights into various stages of the employee lifecycle.
Design and build a suite of standard and custom reports for HR and business leaders.
Crafting improved ways of visualizing insights gained from complex organizational and
people data.
Collaborating with HR business partners and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable analytics solutions and recommendations.
THE INDIVIDUAL:
Proven experience in HR analytics or a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and HR reporting.
Skilled in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualization techniques to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
