We are looking for an experienced, Seasoned and results-driven Manager to lead our Sales & Recruitment teams.


As a Vice President of US IT Staffing , you will play a crucial role in the success of our staffing operations. This position involves managing both sales and recruitment teams, ensuring targets are consistently met, and driving growth through effective leadership and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the US IT staffing market and a proven track record in team management and achieving measurable success.


You must be highly motivated, organized, and target-oriented, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will be responsible for driving sales and recruitment efforts, fostering a results-oriented culture, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruitment Team Management : Oversee a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet their placement targets and deliver high-quality candidates for our clients. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Sales Team Leadership : Supervise and guide a sales team responsible for generating new business, building relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring that sales quotas are consistently achieved.
  • Performance Tracking : Regularly review individual and team performance. Provide regular feedback, set clear performance goals, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
  • Incentivize Success : Establish a motivating, results-driven environment with a focus on achieving KPIs, such as candidate placement rates, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the point of contact for major clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Business Development : Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Establish new client partnerships and expand existing accounts.
  • Consultative Selling : Work with clients to understand their business requirements and staffing needs. Present tailored IT staffing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Contract Negotiations : Lead negotiations for staffing contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

3. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy : Lead the recruitment strategy to identify and source top-tier IT professionals across various technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, Cloud, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process : Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate placement. Ensure the team maintains high standards in candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Pipeline Development : Work with the recruitment team to develop a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring that there is a steady flow of high-quality candidates to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process, building long-term relationships for future placements.

4. Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Sales & Recruitment Metrics : Monitor key metrics such as placement rates, time-to-fill, client satisfaction, revenue generation, and team productivity. Use data to adjust strategies and drive improvement.
  • Regular Reporting : Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management, showcasing team performance, sales achievements, and recruitment successes.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently drive the team to meet or exceed sales and recruitment targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

5. Process Improvement

  • Operational Excellence : Review and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices : Implement and promote best practices in recruitment, sales, and client management to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Technology Utilization : Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other recruitment technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.



Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with a demonstrated ability to manage sales and recruitment teams effectively.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring diverse teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Sales Acumen : Demonstrated success in new business development, sales target achievement, and client relationship management.
  • Recruitment Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing landscape, including sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in highly technical roles.
  • Metrics-Driven : Ability to track and measure team performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, candidates, and internal teams at all levels.
  • Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach to addressing client needs and staffing challenges.
  • Immediate Availability : Must be available to start immediately and work onsite.



Preferred Qualifications :

  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the US IT market, industry trends, and the challenges involved in IT staffing.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with key technologies and IT job roles (e.g., developers, systems engineers, network specialists) is a plus.
  • Visa Expertise : Knowledge of visa processes (H-1B, L-1, etc.) and US immigration laws for staffing purposes is a plus.
  • ATS Proficiency : Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ciepal / Oorwin, JobDiva, etc. to optimize sales and recruitment efforts.
