Designation : Associate/Analyst
Experience Required : 2+ years
Job Profile
Provide high-quality chat and email support, ensuring adherence to response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
Responsibilities
Resolve technical Ad Serving issues via email/chat.
Investigate, escalate, and follow up on issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with CSAT and other metric goals (e.g., Total Resolution Time).
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of HTML , JavaScript , CSS , and Digital Ads behavior .
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
General Requirements for All Roles
Shift : US Shifts (Night Shifts)
Customer Service Skills : Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
Qualification : Any graduate
