Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Develop, integrate, and optimize BigBlueButton (BBB) / Jitsi for web and mobile applications to enhance our platform’s virtual collaboration. Work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to ensure a seamless, high-performance user experience and secure integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and optimize WebRTC-based video conferencing systems supporting 100+ participants , with features like screen sharing , whiteboards , and Rooms .
Install, configure, and customize WebRTC to meet platform-specific needs.
Build and maintain secure, scalable backend systems to support video conferencing features.
Design and implement user-friendly and responsive UIs for video conferencing and collaboration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to latency, connectivity, and performance in live video sessions.
Ensure secure integration, including authentication, data privacy, and encryption for real-time communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to deliver a seamless user experience.
Provide technical documentation, testing, and support for developed solutions.
Required Skills:
WebRTC expertise , including video streaming, audio processing, and screen sharing.
Experience configuring and managing WebRTC .
Strong backend development skills using Node.js , Python , or Go , with experience building APIs.
Frontend proficiency with React , Vue , or Angular , and core web technologies ( JavaScript , HTML , CSS ).
