Ideal for professionals experienced in reputation management, White Hat SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization , this role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact in one of India’s leading travel brands. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage customer reviews on Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and other platforms. Implement effective strategies to maintain and enhance online brand reputation. Respond professionally and empathetically to customer reviews and feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain brand consistency. Analyze review trends and prepare weekly/monthly ORM reports. Execute White Hat SEO strategies , including on-page and off-page optimization. Improve organic visibility through keyword optimization, link building, and content recommendations. Support brand presence through SEO-driven SMO strategies. Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) . Strong knowledge of White Hat SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO . Good understanding of SMO and digital reputation channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
