The candidate shall have approximately 5 – 7years of professional experience i with deep expertise in Spring Boot and a strong background in product development . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with event-driven architectures , fault-tolerant system design , Docker , and service orchestration using Netflix Conductor or Conductor OSS .Work Mode: Onsite from TrueID office is mandatoryKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.Architect and implement event-driven systems leveraging message brokers and asynchronous communication.Ensure high availability and resilience by building fault-tolerant services.Customize and manage orchestration flows using Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS .Containerize applications using Docker for local development and production deployments.Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in service orchestration.Must-Have Skills:5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot .Proven experience in product development (not just project execution).Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems.Deep experience with Spring Security and Keycloak integration .Solid knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL Databases .Demonstrated experience in building fault-tolerant, scalable systems.Hands-on experience with Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS customization.Good understanding of microservice orchestration patterns .Practical experience with Docker for containerization.Nice-to-Have:Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline tools.Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).What We Offer:A challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and innovative environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and skillsWe are looking for immediate joiners and interested candidates can apply and share your resume to
