We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team - someone who can manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate accounting and compliance, and support decision-making through timely reconciliations and financial insights. This role is key to maintaining financial discipline and smooth operations across our growing business.Key Responsibilities:1. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a weekly basis2. Prepare various reconciliations that help in making decisions and resolving any discrepancies3. Support the day-to-day financial operations of the company and the month-end and year-end processes4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports5. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide support6. Support external audits and assist in preparing reconciliation, providing necessary information & resolution of the queryOther requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in finance/B.Com preferred2. Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in finance and accounting3. Should have knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards4. Should be proficient in MS Excel and other financial software like Zoho5. Should have familiarity with a financial accounting statement6. Should have strong attention to detail and accuracy7. Must know GST laws & TDS laws8. Should have an understanding of confidentiality9. Should work independently and prioritize tasks effectively10. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLocation - Gurgaon, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48 (this is a full-time work-from-office role)Start date - Immediately
