Cyber Security Engineer

As we scale our impact across B2B, IoT, and consumer markets, we're looking for a seasoned cybersecurity engineer to join our mission-critical security team. If you thrive on solving complex security challenges across infrastructure, cloud, code, and compliance—this is your playground.
Role: Senior Staff Engineer – Cybersecurity
Experience: 10–12 years
Monitor and enhance GigSky's security posture across networks, servers, cloud, user devices, platform, and codebase
Identify high-impact areas for security improvement, design solutions, and drive implementation—solo or cross-functionally
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through audits, documentation, and process enforcement
Lead incident response, attack analysis, and security alert triage
Perform security reviews at the design stage of new features to embed security early
Proven expertise in at least two technical areas of cybersecurity (e.g., Strong OS fundamentals in Linux or macOS; Android/iOS exposure is a plus
Solid grasp of networking and web protocols
Experience answering enterprise security RFCs and supporting regulatory inquiries during incidents
Bonus: Familiarity with Cisco firewalls/routers; CCNA minimum, CCNP preferred
