You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy across HR operations, employee documentation, and HRIS management, while also partnering with managers and teams to roll out new HR initiatives and provide timely insights through reports and analysis.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave management, and policy compliance.
Support the execution of training programs and L&D initiatives.
Coordinate and schedule employee meetings, training sessions, and discussions as required.
Data & Reporting
Provide MIS support, including regular data updates, attrition analysis, and related HR reporting.
Ensure accurate data management to support timely decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
~1–3 years of experience in HR operations, learning & development, employee engagement, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and international environment.
