Position: UI/UX Designer - Mobile Apps

About the Role:

In this role, you'll spearhead the design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive user interfaces for our mobile applications.
  • Lead the design journey from inception to execution, solving complex design challenges with user-centered solutions.
  • Craft detailed and innovative designs for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Advocate for the end-user, conducting thorough research and usability testing to enhance user experiences continually.
  • Champion design best practices and standards, driving excellence in every aspect of our products.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering results with precision and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience , with a stellar portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must , along with familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Adobe XD, Sketch and Photoshop.
  • Proven track record in designing and launching web and mobile applications, from ideation to iteration. A dedicated professional portfolio shall suffice in this case.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, capable of delivering high-fidelity specs for seamless engineering collaboration.
  • Strong grasp of design thinking and user-centered design principles, guiding projects with the user at the forefront.
  • Passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Local candidates are preferred for this role.
