Job Title: Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India

Job Objective:
Protiviti India is looking for a skilled Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Specialist with 3-7 years of functional and implementation experience in Oracle PPM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the Project to Cash Cycle, Project Billing, Project Budgeting, and Resource Management. The candidate should be adept at designing, executing, and optimizing project-related processes to meet business requirements and maximize project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Program Design: Design and configure project structures, including Project Organization, Task Structures, and Program Design to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Costing & Billing: Manage and optimize Project Costing and Project Billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Project Execution & Resource Management: Oversee Project Execution and Resource Management, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
- Revenue Recognition & Billing Extensions: Implement Revenue Recognition strategies and Billing Extensions as part of project finance and accounting processes.
- Project Billing Contracts: Manage Project Billing Contracts (specifically for Fusion PPM) ensuring compliance with contract terms and timely billing cycles.
- Budgeting & Budgetary Control: Oversee Project Budgeting and implement Encumbrances/Budgetary Control mechanisms to ensure projects stay within budget and meet financial goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of functional and implementation experience in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Strong understanding of Project to Cash Cycle, Project Design, Costing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Experience with Project Budgeting, Encumbrances, and Budgetary Control in Oracle PPM.
- Proven track record of working in a dynamic and collaborative environment to deliver PPM solutions.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion PPM and related Oracle cloud modules is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
