Position Title: Executive – Product OperationsLocation: IT Park, Chandigarh (On-site)Department: OperationsJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Product Operations to join our on-site team in IT Park, Chandigarh . The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects . This role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Skills & Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency with project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
