We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Accountant Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :Financial Reporting :
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
General Ledger Management :
  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Accounts Payable and Receivable :
  • Oversee the processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable collections.
Tax Compliance :
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting :
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance and report variances.
Internal Controls :
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bank Reconciliation :
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
Payroll Processing :
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll tax regulations.
Office Management :
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Administrative Support :
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Data Management :
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Input and update information in the company’s CRM system.
Other Duties :
  • Support the HR department in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Travel Arrangements :
  • Prepare travel expense reports for staff and executives.
Report Generation :
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
System Maintenance :
  • Monitor and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS systems.
Data Quality Assurance :
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through regular audits.
  • Implement data validation procedures to improve data quality.
Compliance :
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of MIS processes and procedures.
Requirements :
  • Relocation : Candidate must be willing to relocate to Gurugram.
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
  • Experience & Skills :
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, with proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in tax compliance and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
