Scope of the role: The PO will be representing the customer and the business requirements while working closely with an Agile scrum team, whose focus will be on Plan To Make oriented products/processes/projects. PO’s responsibilities will include defining user stories, prioritizing those in backlog, and approving the user stories readiness. The role will involve understanding, structuring, detailing, and validating the requirements to ensure a suitable end-to-end solution. The EBS PO must be able to align and influence diverse perspectives without direct authority Main Responsibility and Activities: Should Work closely with the Global Process Owners, Finance Analysts, Product Management, Software Development, System Architecture, SQA, User Interface and other key stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. Collect, analyze, and sharpen business functional requirements, and write clear and detailed user stories, based on the epics and MMFs. Clarify the acceptance criteria of each business requirement. Create and maintain the backlog (of user stories) and prioritize the Backlog according to business value. Act as the voice of the customer for the Agile scrum teams - Ensures alignment between requirements and solution design, participates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning (as required), Sprint reviews/demos and relevant retrospectives, Accepts or rejects scrum work results based on demos. Create and define a sequence of the UAT scenarios and break them into steps ns that should be performed and analyze outcome. Proactively identify, resolve, document, and communicate issues. Education Qualification & Skills Required: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Systems & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, etc (or equivalent relevant experience) 5-7 years of experience of enterprise systems IT projects as a business analyst/product owner and/or project manager / SQA roles. Technical knowledge or understanding in enterprise IT systems – CRM, CPQ, ERP, Order Management systems etc. Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, JIRA is a plus. Functional experience with the following SAP modules is highly desirable o Materials Management (MM) o Sales and Distribution (SD) o Logistics Execution (LE) o Production Planning (PP) Previous experience or good knowledge with Agile concepts, methodology, and practices. As well as traditional project management methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Teams, Share Point) and with Jira (or other agile supporting tools) Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex concepts to both business users and technical team audiences. Able to adapt and work optimally in an international environment and with team members in several countries.
