Meet the job You will be part of the team that helps Backbase employees, partners, and customers learn to implement Backbase banking solutions, building their knowledge, skills and hands-on experience.

●Travel all over the world and deliver monthly bootcamps for multi-disciplinary Backbase squads; ●Prepare materials and artefacts ahead of time, so that they are ready to go from the start of the program; ●Manage, guide and support groups of 12-20 through each two-week hands-on Bootcamp, working with the Lead Trainer: ●Facilitating scrum ceremonies and collaborating with the Lead Trainer; ●Removing technical and non-technical roadblocks for participants; ●Managing customer and partner expectations in collaboration with the Lead Trainer; ●Proficient in handling customers and partners with consulting skills and communication abilities; ●Knowledgeable in backend, web, mobile, QA, and architecture basics (valuable complement to Lead Trainer’s expertise, modelbank / retail); ●Deliver consistent, high-quality training each time, with attention to standard outcomes and recommendations for individual learner; ●Know the Bootcamp material inside-out, and able to pivot as the situation dictates without losing sight of the end goal; ●Can recommend courses, articles, how-to’s and more from Backbase Academy and the broader Backbase.io; ●Work with the Bootcamp team to update and maintain the program content and artefacts in line with business outcomes, as well as updates and changes to the Backbase product, technology, Way of Working and best practice; ●Ensure all Bootcamps, attendees and results are recorded in the Academy Learning Management System.

How about you You are an integral part of our team, helping developer squads build their learning into solid experience.

We believe in order to do so you’ll need to have / be: ●At least 2 years’ experience in Backbase projects, including product, technology and Backbase Way of Working; ●Direct experience and expertise in at least one of the following Backbase project roles: Frontend, Backend, i OS, Android, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance; ●Familiar enough with all roles that you can coach people new to them; ●Able to deliver 2 weeks (10 days) of classroom training; ●Capable of clarifying and managing a group towards a complex goal in limited time; ●Keen eye for individual strengths and weaknesses, and an ability to prioritize the right help at the right time to move both individual learners and the whole team forward; ●Able to deliver constructive feedback and recommendations during and after the Bootcamp; ●Familiar with Backbase.io material including learning plans, documentation, articles, how-to’s, etc; ●Fast learner, representative, high-energy, self-starter; ●Experience coaching and mentoring new developers; ●Experience of long-form developer classroom training or bootcamps an advantage.
