We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR (Self-Service HR), Payroll (US/Global), iRecruitment, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Performance Management- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.- Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client/business requirements.- Develop and maintain technical components such as: PL/SQL packages and procedures, Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), XML/BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Personalization)- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.- Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.- Document functional and technical specifications.- Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning efforts.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.- Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).- Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.- Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenarios.Business/Professional Skills:- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and developers.- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
