One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the business and help the Founder scale the organization across the entire business including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.ResponsibilitiesServe as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy across all parts of the businessOwn, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, many of which will be sales/commercial focusedSolve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don’t have clear ownersLead company-wide initiativesDrive revenue and capacity planningDesign and maintain key business metrics and dashboardsRequirementsSomeone with at least 2 to 4 years of experienceSomeone excited about joining a 0 to 1 journeyAn interest in getting deep into sales/commercial strategySomeone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversightSomeone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environmentPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
